Terms and Conditions

Effective September 2026 

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms, conditions, and salon policies outlined below.

• 48-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. 
• Rescheduling Fee: Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will automatically incur a $45 fee. This fee must be settled before any future slots can be booked. 
• Rescheduling Limit: To protect our schedule, a single appointment slot may only be rescheduled one time, even if requested outside the 48-hour window. Subsequent changes to the same booking will require a non-refundable upfront pre-payment for the full service. 

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All loc installation appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited entirely upon cancellation. 
• 60-Day Quote Validity: Initial consultations and the price quotes provided are valid for exactly 60 days. If you schedule or reschedule an installation to a date falling past this 60-day window, your original quote is void. A new consultation and fee will be required to re-evaluate your hair. 

• No Extra Guests: To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, no extra guests, children, or pets are permitted to accompany you unless they are also receiving a service.
• Minors (Under 18): Children receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (18+). If a guardian chooses to leave the premises while the minor is being serviced, they do so at their own discretion. The stylist and salon assume zero responsibility or liability for the minor during the guardian's absence. 

• Limitation of Liability: By receiving services, the client (or parent/guardian of a minor client) explicitly releases the stylist, salon, and business from any and all liability for personal injury, illness, allergic reactions to products, hair or scalp damage from standard technical processes, or damage/loss to personal property occurring on or around the premises. You accept all inherent risks associated with professional hair and chemical services.
