Policies & Terms

Appointment & Cancellation Policy 

• 48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
• Late Changes: Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $45 fee. This fee must be paid before a new appointment can be secured.
• Rescheduling Limit: To maintain a reliable schedule, a single appointment can only be rescheduled one time outside of the 48-hour window. Subsequent changes to the same appointment will require a new deposit or upfront pre-payment.
• No-Shows: Failing to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service, and future online booking privileges may be revoked.

1. Loc Installation Deposits

• Non-Refundable Deposit: All loc installation bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date(s). This deposit goes directly toward your total service balance.
• Cancellations: If you cancel your installation appointment, your deposit is automatically forfeited.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your installation one time without losing your deposit, provided you give at least 14 days' notice. Any rescheduling done with less than 14 days' notice will forfeit the deposit, and a new one will be required to rebook.

2. Consultation Validity (60-Day Rule)

• 60-Day Expiration: Your initial consultation and the price quote provided are valid for exactly 60 days.
• Rescheduling Past 60 Days: If you cancel or reschedule your installation to a date that falls beyond 60 days from your original consultation, your original quote is void. You will be required to book and pay for a new consultation so your hair can be reassessed and to provide an updated price quote.

1. Extra Guests

• No Extra Guests: Due to limited space and to maintain a peaceful environment, no extra guests, companions, or pets are permitted in the salon. Only the client being serviced is allowed inside.

2. Minors 

• Accompanied Minors: Children under the age of 18 receiving a service must have a parent or legal guardian (18+) present at the start of the appointment to consult on the service. 
• Unattended Minors & Drop-Offs: If a parent/guardian chooses to leave the premises while a minor is being serviced, they do so at their own discretion. The stylist/salon will not be held responsible or liable for the minor during the parent’s absence. The parent must return at least 20 minutes before the estimated completion time. Delayed pickups may incur a late pickup fee.

• Liability: By booking, the client (or parent/guardian of a minor) agrees that the stylist/salon will not be held liable for any incidents, personal injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property before, during, or after the service. Clients assume all risks associated with hair services.
