Retighten Appointments can be canceled within 2 weeks of appointments date. Install appointments are FINAL. Last minute Retie cancellation fee will be charged 30% and added to your next booking date. Install cancellations will be charged 50% of service costs. An invoice will be sent out with the amount owed.
Install Deposits are due at the time of booking. Deposits are discussed during Consultation.
Please do not book an Install Date without having a Consultation first. This will result in automatic CANCELATION.
Confirmation text or email will be sent out before appointment schedules. If there is no response within 24 hrs of the confirmation text or email, appointments may be CANCELLED.
Retight Appointments can be scheduled 2 months in advance. Anything after two months wlll be charged a $20 advance scheduling fee. (This does not go towards service)
